Online Bill Payment
University Physicians, Inc is pleased to offer our patients the ability to pay their bills online by using a secure payment portal. Payments will be posted to your account within 3 business days.

. If you are calling outside of business hours you may leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours.
Before you begin, it will be helpful to have your billing statement in front of you. Please note that the hospital and the physician bill independently and will need to be paid separately.
You will need to provide the account number, patient’s name, invoice numbers to be paid today, phone number and payment information. Click here
to view a sample PDF statement with highlighting to help you find the required information. You will not be able to combine payments for more than one patient; each must be a separate transaction.
Once you submit the completed online form, you will be asked to confirm the information. Upon confirmation, you’ll receive a receipt. Please keep the receipt for your records.
If you have made a payment through University Physicians, Inc. secure payment portal and it has been found that you are due a refund, University Physicians, Inc. will issue a refund to the credit/debit card that was used to make the online payment. Refunds may result from overpayment, duplicate payment, or additional payment received from insurance.
Refund requests can be made by contacting the University Physicians, Inc. Patient Services Department at (303) 493-7700 or toll free at (800) 621-9734. Please allow 14 days for refund processing.
