2009-2010 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for the 2009-2010 benefits plan year will be held from Monday, April 27th through Friday, May 22nd at 4:00pm. All current UPI employees should have received a copy of their Benefits Statement, Enrollment Form and Optional Life Form in the mail. If you have not yet received these documents, please contact Courtney Wiese in Human Resources at 303.493.7606. 

Please be sure to review ALL Open Enrollment information available on this site so you are able to make the best decisions regarding healthcare benefits for you and/or your family. If you take NO action during this year's Open Enrollment, you will be automatically defaulted into your current medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans and coverage levels.
