Performance Evaluations

Performance evaluations should provide employees with the opportunity to discuss the many aspects of their work with their Supervisor or Manager and to know what is expected of them (i.e. performance goals) and how they are progressing in their jobs.

UPI endeavors to give employees a formal performance appraisal on an annual basis. Performance appraisals may be performed more frequently depending upon circumstances. If more than 12 months has passed since your last review please notify your Supervisor or Manager of this fact.
